Need the gutter cleaned some cracked tiles replacing on roof

One one side of the house a gutter is blocked with leaves and so the water is over filling the gutter and leaking into the roof under the tiles. Gutter needs cleared. Also there are a couple of tiles that need replacing on the lower 2 rows.(I can send photos)
