1. Supply & install polycarbonate roofing (bronze tint colour) to existing pergola, nominal 4200mmL x 2000mmW. (preferred: Laserlite 2000 or similar)
2. Remove all existing fallen-off cornice from bathroom. Supply & install new cornice to match existing. Sand & repaint the ceilings & walls (locally) if required. The bathroom is in L-shape (6 sides), the outermost perimeter of the L -shape approx 4000mmL x 2500mmW.
3. Remove the fallen-off cornice from kitchen. Supply & install new cornice to match existing. The length of cornice is approx 3500mm.
