Remove existing back door and security door. install new wood and glass back door and install staywell dog door. fit new metal security door and cut hole in wire mesh to allow dog door to open through the security door. the two doors being removed must not be damaged in any way as they will be re-installed when we leave this rental property.the current rear door is 812mm wide, 2012mm high and 38 mm thick. it has two panels on the bottom and a glass panel on top. we are looking for something similar if possible. the security door is 787 mm wide and 2018mm high. it has a lock in the middle and two other locking tongues at the top and the bottom. the hole for the door is 237mm wide by 281mm high. the hole in the security door will need to be just larger than this and allow enough room at the top for the dog door to move up onto a horizontal position. there will need to be some kind of flashing around the hole in the security door.
