  Start is early next week. The job I estimate should take 1 1/2 to 2 days of hard labor and with removal of wastes cost between $500~$1K.
You will need a whipper snipper, lawn mower, electric or small chainsaw, ladder, trimmers, pruning tools, and a large trailer to remove "green" waste to tip, or hire a miniskip.
House is on 550m2 (1/5 acre) land, with pool in the back and brick fence at front.

--- Backyard small 150m2 backyard dominated by a pool and brick paving. ---
Remove weeds growing through brick
pavement and edges ( 1 hour)
Clear vines and ground cover around pool ( 2 hours)
Cut down and remove shrub blocking access to garden shed ( 20 minutes)
Cut dead leaves from palm trees that are within reach no need for ladder. (20 minutes)
Heavily prune back lemon tree and mandarin tree (40 minutes )


--- Driveway ( 100m2 mostly brick pavers ) ---
Prune/cut back overgrown vines growing in from neighbor ( 20 minutes)
Remove the weeds growing through the bricks and edge of house with a whipper snipper. (20 minutes)
Cut back fern and dead leaves of fern , then remove trees limbs at top of driveway to allow access to gates and drive. ( 20 minutes)

Cut down and remove big scrub/small tree preventing access to off side gate (it has those shinny leaves you normally see it a lot near beaches) ( 30 mins)
Cut down removal of dead tree in front corner of front yard if possible, this may require a small chainsaw, if there is actually any risk to neighbours or house due to the felling of the tree please advise ( 90 min)

---Offside of House ( 50m2 ) ---

Heavily cut back neighbors plants "intruding" all remove weeds and grass. Remove all vegetation from off side of house.( 1 hour).

Remove weeds growing in gaps around brick fence. ( 30 min)
Mow and trim nature strip. ( 30 min)


---Cleanup and Waste Removal---
Cleanup and Remove all "Green" materials and wastes Collect Junk mail and newspapers. Remove old junk timber near the garage.
