Paint stripped from internal stair hand rails

We have three stair hand rails/bannisters that we want the paint removed from. One is 170cm long, another is 234cm and one more is 163cm. They are timber planks (we think it is cedar) and multiple facings with a top and bottom rail. Additionally there are also some horizontal rails/planks which also need paint stripped (94x11cm, 275x11cm and 82x11cm). Would like the wood stained too. Can provide photos. Might be other paint stripping work at the property also.
