Remove all peeling paint from bathroom & kitchen walls. Note: only badly peeling walls need to be done. In kitchen, supply wall paint colour matching as closely as possible to existing colour & apply two coats. In bathroom, supply bathroom paint colour matching as closely as possible to existing colour & apply two coats.
Remove kitchen drawers & seal with clear enamel to prevent timber chipping.
Supply & fit one new corrugated laserlite sheet to rear verandah.
Reattach & secure kitchen vent cover to external wall.
If equivalent rollers can be sourced, supply & fit new rollers to rear sliding door. Hang door & realign for correct operation.
