Hello,
We are looking to have some repairs made to a house we are renting in Bundoora and we are just after a quote. Could the quote please be on an official letterhead and state the individual price of each repair (for our landlord/insurance), thank you.
The painting repairs are:
- Supply & fit a standard door
- Repaint and render an outside wall (black marks from BBQ smoke)
- Restain a wooden bench top (water marks)
- Repaint 2 bedroom walls
- Repaint a standard bathroom door
Other repairs/cleaning (not sure if you do these?)
- Clean a vacuum head
- Clean a shower floor
- Clean the floor of an outside balcony
- Clean a dishwasher filter
- Clean small section of kitchen wall
- Clean oven trays
Even if you do not do these services a quote on the above painting/repairs would be excellent.
