Plastering/painting. two dents in small wall. 1.5m wide

I require two dents in a small wall to be repaired (dents made by a baseball). the dents have gone all the way through, however i suspect some replastering or filling work is required.
i also reqire the wall to be re-painted once complete. the wall is floor ceiling high and approx 1.5m wide.
i do not have the paint required for the job, however can organise this if need be. i would prefer the tradesman complete the whole job.
i am in a rental property.
