Pot Rack needs to be installed to Kitchen Ceiling

Pot rack dimensions are 1080mm x 460mm. This needs to be suspended from the kitchen ceiling via chains and hooks mounted to the ceiling. Hooks need to go through the plasterboard and mount to studs/ceiling joists in the ceiling.
If their no ceiling joists where the hooks need to be attached to, then the job may entail to enter the ceiling and place a block of 2 x 4 timber to create a mounting point for the hooks. Pot Rack must be able to support heavy pots etc.
Please find out if tradesman can provide chains to hang pot rack. If not then we will attend to it.
