Hi,
i'd like the services of an all-rounder handyman who can do those jobs around the house that you just never seem to get to. we are preparing to sell our property in the next few months and we need some minor paint touch ups, general repairs, a small fencing job, removal of exsisting back porch, replace some weatherboards, etc....the list goes on. i'd like an hourly rate and be able to supply a list of things we want done with a quote on the estimated hours this would take.
