- Re-adjust door hinges / door lock. Some issue with the door - it does not stay latched.
I had to adjust and the hinges few weeks back because the door was skewed and the bottom of the door scrapping the sill.
This might cause the latching issue.
- Tenant of the property will be home on Wednesday or during weekend. Please only bid if you can be available on these days.
- Tenant reported the problem and I haven't seen the problem first hand.
- Since I cannot describe the problem properly and I think the issue is a quick fix - I'm happy to do hourly rates .
