Water is leaking from the upstairs bathroom mainly from cracked tiles and grout. Around 3 tiles will need to be taken out and replaced - we have the replacement tiles. [Photo attached[
Additionally there is some work that needs to be done in the shower to waterproof it so that it does not leak anymore. [Photos attached]
Water dripped down from the cracked tiles and caused some plaster damage in the downstairs laundry. This plaster needs to be replaced and the ceiling will need to be repainted.
