We'll send pallet from Melbourne to you, or to local depot, then you'll need to arrange a good time with the customer to do the installation in their home. You might have to hold onto the stock for a few days if they're not available. 2-3 men required to lift the massage chair box as it's around 136kg and a clean and professional set up in customers home where they choose. And possibly show them some of the features on the remote. Then full clean up / removal of the packaging etc. We have installation videos available.
