My job was a relative small job (rebuilding a brick letter box). Overall the job was done unprofessional / satisfactory. It could have been better to use a level to make it look less leaning. This could of course be claimed on the old footing. I would not use this company again because of no attention to detail. I was told the work would be cleaned off . I had to go back the next day to clean off the mortar that was sticking to the edges of the bricks. It\'s like when a tiler doesn\'t clean off the grouting on the tiles. It looks messy. Lastly, I was told the additional bricks that were needed to replace the broken ones, would be matching. Some second hand bricks still have the old concrete on them and that looks terrible.
