Relocating water boiler and removing taps on walls

There are two jobs:
1) The water boiler currently is located underneath the kitchen sink and I wish to have it relocated to the adjacent laundry in my apartment. This may mean that a hole might be needed in the brick wall separating the kitchen and laundry for the the pipes and wiring, but I would be happy to consider other options.
2) The tap handles (including the tap bonnet, spindle, valve and seat) are fixed to the tiled walls of the kitchen. I wish to remove the handles and install new faucets that come out of the kitchen sink.
