We are in the process of re-doing our garden and have approx 2.5 cubic metres of excess soil. This soil is piled up in the front yard behind a tall brick fence. There is access to the front yard by a gate approx 1.2m wide. If you hire a skip you will need approval from Melbourne City Council as the skip will need to be placed in a parking bay at the front of the property.
