Two shelves inside a bathroom vanity cupboard need to be replaced. Both planks are mouldy (see pictures). Also apply a sealant to a pipe joing which is suspected to be leaking water (see circled joint in picture). Property is tenanted. Will need to coordinate with property agent (Barry Plant).
