Concrete retaining wall (approx 20m {total length} X 1.5m) at back of house damaged and cracking. One section approx 1m X 2m (corner) wobbly & unstable - need to be secured (?steel bracket), repaired or reconcreted/replaced and made save. A few other smaller cracks to be repaired.
Trees / plants on top of retaining wall need to be removed, as it is making it unstable. Also brick Masonry Barbeque Structure needs to be removed as it is cracking and unsave.
