Repair curtain track that has pulled away from the plaster eall

We need a tradesman to refix the curtain track back to the wall. This may involve cutting away a section of plaster board fitting a wooden strut in the wall replacing the plasterboard and refixing the holding bracket with screws that go through plaster into the wooden strut. Two previous attempts to fix the curtain rail to the plasterboard have both failed. If you provide me a contact email address I can email you a photo of the problem
