I have had leaks into my apartment from the apartment above me. the leak is being fixed by a separate contractor as part of a larger job.
however, the top (ie horizontal) architrave of one of my windows has been water damaged and needs to be replaced. the window is approximately 3 metres wide.
the architrave is a very simple design - the apartment has a very modern, minimalistic-type of fit-out. i'm guessing it is a simple plank of wood.
i would expect that the job would comprise:
(1) removal of damaged architrave
(2) supply & installation of new architrave to match existing
(3) prepare, prime & paint to match existing
note that the fittings for the vertical blinds for this window would have to be taken off and reattached to complete the job.
