A section of the garage ceiling has come down and is resting on top of one of the garage roller doors (therefore it can not be opened). the problem was caused by insufficient timber in roof and incorrect installation of garage door remote arm and fittings.
the following work is required:
a) remove garage door fittings and remote.
b) remove and replace damaged sections of ceiling and cornices.
c) fit timber beams in roof space in order to refix ceiling and garage door fittings.
d) paint all new work and refit garage door components in order for door to operate correctly.
quote must be all inclusive with no hidden costs or extra charges. quote must include all work and items required.
contractor must be fully licensed and insured.
