Repair/relocate leaking water timer in small inner city courtyard garden

Robert requested 2 quotes from Handymen in North Melbourne

I have a small courtyard garden with an automated watering system (electronic timer based). The timer has developed a leak and has been leaking quite a bit of water (it's now turned off). It may just need to be tightened up. I need the leak to be fixed, but also for the timer to be relocated so that it sits a bit higher up the exterior building wall (approximately 30 cm higher would be ideal).
