I have 2 windows needing repair. 1st is broken/cracked lunder the ledge which allows water to stream in when raining.. not sure if it's rotted but the underneath is coming away from the ledge. the 2nd is more of a draught / seal issue and glass needs replacing. need quote but am ready to proceed with the job asap.
