We have tenants that are vacating in the next 2 weeks and am in search for a handyman to repair the usual scrapes and chips caused by living in a place but also some minor cracking to some walls at the door lintel which is due to roof settling (3 year old villa). A building inspector said it can easily be fixed by someone who can plaster/paint. Further to this, we have some mould in the bathroom possibly because of the tenants not switching the fan on and also deemed as minor. Could you please indicate availability and rough indication of hourly rate in Bentley. The unit is a 4-bedroom villa and the tenants are vacating on 22 November.
