Repair Sliding Door and Re-Caulk Shower Base

My ensuite sliding door has tilted to one side of the cavity. It has started to rub against the door cavity when trying to open/close it and it doesn't lock. This needs to be repaired.
In addition to this, the caulking in shower (base only) has started to come off and needs to be replaced.
