15 metres of cornice has fallen from across several areas of the house. i do not wish to replace the cornice, but merely repair the area so that it presents neatly. there are holes in the plaster and some damage from where the cornice has pulled away. i want a cheap superficial repair to make the area aesthetically pleasing. the house is a double brick edwardian. i also have five by one metre long cracks in the walls from where the house has moved due to the drought. i wish for these to be repaired. i will do all the painting myself.
