Repair to part bathroom wall and re-tile the area

Water has damaged a small section of a weatherboard/villaboard wall in a bathroom. This needs to be replaced with villaboard or suitable substitute. Then a 1200 x 1000mm fibro cement board needs to be put up, waterproofed and then tiled with white tiles to fill up the above dimensions. Tiles will be 200 x 200 size. There is a smaller section next to this , about a 1000mm length which only need one tile height to be done.
