Had roof replaced recently. New roof left gaps at top of weatherboard (new in 2012). Approx 3 need to be removed and replaced (including painting and sealing ends). Exterior gap between chimneys and weatherboards needs sealing. Sink and back splash in kitchen needs re-caulking. Possible replacement (and painting) of eaves depending on cost.
