The walls are tile and the shower is on a concrete slab.

About 18 months ago, Mark replaced my shower base. It is now leaking and while he answered my initial messages, via text, he didn't answer my most recent ones. I have now been told by a plumber that it will cost me >$2,000 to fix the problem as the work was not completed properly the first time. UPDATE: Since leaving this feedback, Mark contacted me, via text, to tell me he never received my messages as he was "having problems with his phone". He offered to come out to inspect the leak, which I initially agreed to. Concerningly, he told me to be wary of the plumber who quoted me $2,000 to repair the shower, despie not knowing who the plumber was. I found this off-putting. I later asked Mark not to come around as I decided, given the extent of the damage, to use the other plumber as I felt that he would be my best chance of getting the issue sorted (I have since asked him to completely renovate my bathroom). Given his willingness to inspect the damage, Mark has asked me to remove my negative feedback. While I appreciate the offer of an inspection, I feel as though I must stand by my initial review. Other reviews of his work are positive, and I don't doubt their veracity, but I can only speak from my personal experience.
