Repair oe replace all the external window frames that have dry rot, repair two internal window ledges that have dry rot, fix french type doors which do not open, fix two windows so they open (think they are painted shut) and if possible build a wardrobe in one bedroom and a litlle bit of internal painting/touch up painting if possible also.
