40sqm of flooring to be stripped for floorboard installation. 10sqm of tiles on cement/fibre board to be ripped up to expose bearers. some cutting required so as not to damage tiling in bathroom which is next to area being stripped. 30sqm of compressed cork tiling glued to cement slab to also be ripped up.
job needs to be either started tomorrow or completed by tuesday.
