I have a manual window roller shutter which is stuck and will not wind up or down. This is just one window.
It may be that the pulley mechanism needs to be replaced or just serviced/fixed to be in good working condition.
For someone who supplies spare parts, I would also been looking for a solution to prevent the roller shutters (on 4 windows in total) from being wound up and getting stuck in the head box.
