1. construct shelf for microwave in an existing cupboard. add doors on retractable slides that allow the doors to slip back into the cupboard.
2. cut down breakfast bar and build splash back to 15-30cm above bench height.
3. build and install new drawer in existing space.
4. touch up tiling around new splashback.
5. change the side that room door swings from l to r.
