I have a sliding door on my external bathroom, structure and door both made of wood. there is metal tracking above the door, wheels for the tracks are attached to the door. when all fittings are in place, the door severely scrapes the tile floor. it no longer slides, the door now has to be picked up to cover the opening. there are no visible breakages.
