Small Laundry Renovation needs tiling

I am renovating my small laundry, i would like new tiles on the floor and splashback.
Both areas are about 1 metre squared.
I will supply tiles and get surfaces ready for tiling. However, If the floor tiles are stuck beyond my ability, I will need to get them romoved aswell.
Floor tiles will be 330mm x 330mm to go in an area approx 1200 x 900mm. Splashbacks (done in about two weeks) will be about 500mm high x 1100mm wide and consist of mosaic tiles on a 300mm ish square sheet.
It's for an apartment, we have a courtyard where tile cutting can be done.
