- Remove approx 5sqm of tiles and ceramic vanity basin from brick walls in small bathroom.
- Demolish small brick wall approx 1m tall 1m wide and remove all rubble from site.
- Prep and level floor with self leveller over existing mosaic floor tiles ready for new floor tiles. Existing tiles are in very good condition and are well stuck down.
- Install only: eighteen of 600x600 ceramic floor tiles and grout, including 02 x floor wastes.
- Install only: approx 15sqm of 200x300 ceramic wall tiles and grout.
- Plumbing and electrical not required, will remove toilet, and cap electrical and water services prior to your arrival for a clean slate.
- The following materials will be provided to you to install; render, tiles, tile glue, grout, floor wastes. The only materials you'll need to provide is self leveller and labour
- The actual fitout of the bathroom will be done by others
