Replace existing rear door with solid core door. Door will be supplied. Will require 'sizing' door, and also installation. Door frame may require repairs, including minor concreting. Also, replace existing under wooden house manhole cover 'gate'.
Both jobs will need to coordinate with exterior painting (to occur in 2-3 weeks time).
