My partner and i are in the process of pre purchasing a house. the inspection report has indicated that the shower recess of the bathroom is in need of work, and for our own peace of mind, would like to have that indication evaluated. we are happy to go ahead with work to rectify the problem short term, but currently we are unable to finance a complete rework of the bathroom. the work will enatil a re waterproofing of the shower recess, as well as taking off and replacing the tiles in the shower recess with the existing tiles.
