I need a suspended ceiling across a total of 35 m2 - one lounge room, one bedroom one small study and one hall. their are currently high ceilings with so coming down 10 - 15 cm is no problem. i also need 4 exposed pipes boxed in, with small boxes. the unit is largely freeof furniture. it is in building with a lift, a few floors up.
