Timber door needs dog scratches repaired

Glass sliding doors with timber frames. Two of the five doors have had the timber edging scratched by a medium sized dog. Quite a lot of scratches, some are deep. The side that's scratched is external. Need them smoothed out and the door stain colour to still match other doors (like it never happened!).
