� Apartment 16 - Ceiling in is badly water damaged below the ceiling window. Will need a fair bit of plastering.
� Apartment 21 - Plaster wall behind laundry basin is mouldy and rotten; wash basin needs to be removed, and wall replastered.

� Apartments 4 & 11 - Bathroom doors have come apart at the top (where the roller-brackets attach). Need rehung.
