Wall Restoration following a change of air conditioner

I changed an old Fujitsu box air conditioner for a new Midea box air conditioner but the size of the new unit is somewhat smaller. Therefore I need the interior wall needs restoration and certain exterior work needs doing also. It is difficult to describe exactly so it would be better if someone could taker a look for me.

II cannot believe anybody would want to use Service Central when it gives such appalling results as I had. The one name that came up was Jack of All Trades and the proprietor of this business never bothered to contact me. Nor could I reach him on the phone in spite of calling several times. Part of the problem is the inflexible form not allowing me to specify the job the way I would like to particularly as regards a time frame. On a scale of 1 to 100 I would have no hesitation in giving Service Central a big fat zero.
