Welding some small parts to a steel bicycle frame

I need someone with good Tig welding skills to weld some small parts to my custom bicycle frame. It is EN grade steel with GTAW (TIG) weldings. The job involves welding the following items to the frame:
- a steel sleeve to the bottom bracket
- kickstand steel bracket
- 4 steel battery mounts
- 3 steel cable guides
I anticipate the job would take an hour or so and I will pay above the usual rate.
