There are a few jobs i need done around the house:
1. install a window air conditioner (this is the model: http://www.teco.com.au/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=48&category_id=13&option=com_virtuemart&itemid=4) and install a bit of board/perspex to fill the gap at the top of the window. no modifcation needs to be done to the window frame or air conditioner itself.
2. fix a sagging bookcase door
3. tighten some screws on a loft bed
none of these jobs should take particularly long, but i have arthitis and can't do them myself ;(
this job is in potts point and off-street parking is available. ideally would love someone to do it this weekend (28th/29th) or after work hours/contact me to arrange a suitable time.
