My hot water tank outside sits on a wooden pallet that has either rotted or been effected by termites. i need it jacked up, the old wood removed and a new treated wood or heavy duty plastic support slid underneath it. i don't want to have to disconnect the system or empty the water if i can get away with it. this tank sits outside a townhouse on a concrete slab.
