I have a window that has water damage. The bottom piece of timber of the house frame will have to be cut out as it's rotted and be replaced. A a corner of the wooden window frame will need to be repaired. Painting is not required. Please ask me any more details you require. The piece of timber would be 600 mm (W) 200 mm (D) and 25 mm thick. I have photos of the damage. It's not termites its the one window that cops all the weather. I require a quote.
