Hi, l work at a real estate agent & one of our properties has an air-conditioner that doesn't work. the tenant tells me it says mortec on the exterior unit. she has tried turning it on at the wall & it doesn't respond. could l please some advice on who l would need to attend to this job, as l cannot find the brand mortec.
