I need someone to come and service our unit. The part in ceiling where all the ducting seems to join to is vibrating. This began yesterday and was turned off immediately. It seems though to increase vibration as the fan speed is increased the part is hanging from roof beams. I think it is the source to send air to each zone.(It has a drip tray underneath) We have had our unit serviced regularly and had no problems however need this attended to asap
