When switching the heating on at the control panel, only cold air blows out for 10 seconds and then stops. now when switching heating on, nothing happens. i have turned the power off at the wall outside the main unit and then on to re-ignite the pilot light. again switching heating on at the control panel, the heating unit does not go on. the heating unit is outside and easy to access.
