Twice in the past year, it has stopped working completely. This time, it tries to work, but spits out only 'warmish' air for a few minutes, then turns off. Outside unit seems to be throwing out a lot of hot air.
Plumber friend says appears something wrong with a belt? He has greased a bearing which fixes problem short term.
